This is crucial so that I can better understand your goal for the project, what you envision, and any other relevant details that should be considered. After receiving the brief, I will create a project proposal for your review. This includes the breakdown of the project, custom quote, and approximate timeline. Once this is approved by you, I'll send through a contract and an invoice for a 50% deposit that must be paid before the pre-production begins.
Once the contract is signed away and the 50% deposit is paid, I will create a pre-production board for your approval. This includes the shot list, moodboard, props, backdrops, and any other relevant details. After the pre-production board is approved by you, it's time for you to send your products to my studio. Finally, once I've received the products, it's lights, camera, action!
Let the fun begin! Depending on the scope of the project, shoots can be spread across multiple days to ensure that the final outcome is as amazing as possible. Once I've captured the video content, the editing process begins.
Finally, it's time for the most exciting part of the process - the delivery of your new video assets! Once your final payment has been made, you will be sent a link to view and download your exciting video content. It is now ready to be posted all over your social media, website, EDMs, and marketing materials!
